Today was AR Game Day. A student from each class was invited to come play games in the media center. Students were selected based on their average percentage goal to points goal ratio.
This year the AR emphasis is focusing on comprehension (average percentage goal), rather than points. Parents are being encouraged to be involved in their child's reading progress by reading at least 20 minutes a night with their child and logging into Home Connect. Parents log in using their child's user name and password. A Home Connect letter went home at the begging of school with this information. If you need another copy, please notify your child's teacher or Dr. Sands.
